“Yesterday, I hosted a seminar on coffee pairing with sweets titled ‘Happy Life with Coffee ~ Learn How to Enjoy Coffee.’
During the seminar, I shared valuable tips on starting a coffee journey at home and getting knowledge and skills related to coffee. Specifically, I focused on teaching brewing techniques to enhance participants’ coffee-making skills and demonstrated how to select sweets that complement various coffee tastes.
In the first half of the seminar, I emphasized the importance of mastering brewing techniques to elevate the coffee experience. Following that, I explored the art of pairing sweets with coffee to enhance flavor profiles and create harmonious combinations.
At the end of the seminar, I provided participants with three types of sweets, each expertly paired with a different type of coffee.
Not only did the participants enjoy themselves, but I also received positive feedback from the client who entrusted me with the event. They expressed that it was the first time they had witnessed such joyful interaction among participants.
