Yesterday, we held an our company 5th term kickoff meeting. I presented the overall company performance and the performance of each business division. During the review of each business division, I presented not only the numerical performance results but also the roles each division plays for our customers and for the company’s business. We then discussed these points together. After that, I announced the key focus points for the 5th term. In particular, I introduced the establishment of a new HR department and explained the initiatives we will be undertaking. Although there were some things shared with the members for the first time, the discussion was lively overall. I feel that we are now ready to unite everyone’s efforts toward achieving the goals for the 5th term.
